With an MBA & honorary Doctorate in Management, and roles across the Ministries of Finance, Home, and Ports & Shipping, he advises boards and international clients on cross-border compliance, ESG, IFSC, FEMA, corporate structuring, strategic governance, taxation and policy transitions in complex regulatory environments. He serves as Director/Independent Director in public companies.
